§ 1 Our services
The dating service helps the customer to find the right partner. In detail
the services of the dating service are as follows: On its website www.jerak-online.com
the dating service presents an online catalogue with photos and a short portfolio
of the Romanian ladies who contacted the dating service to find a partner.
After conclusion of the agreement the customer sends the dating service his
personal data, wishes and photos. Furthermore, the customer informs the dating
service which lady out of the catalogue he wants to meet. He may also choose
several women. The dating service will help the customer to find the right
partner. Based on the personal data the dating service prepares a portfolio/profile
which it sends to the women chosen by the customer. Then, the dating service
transfers the contact information of those women to the customer who want to
meet him. The customer now has the opportunity to contact the women by mail,
phone, or email. As a special offer the dating service is willing to translate
the customer's first letter of no more than one DIN A 4 page into the Romanian
language for free. The customer has the opportunity to use this service during
the term of his contract. The dating service points out that the personal data
of the women are not checked for their accuracy and that the dating service
therefore does not guarantee for their correctness.
§ 2 Term of the contract
The service agreement becomes valid and starts with the customer's signature
under this con-tract form. In case the customer makes his request under www.jerak-online.com
the service agreement becomes valid as soon as the customer receives the confirmation
of the dating service by email. When the customer has given no email address
the agreement becomes valid as soon as the customer receives the contract documents
and the withdrawal notice by mail. The dating service will send the portfolio
/ profile to the chosen ladies only when the first installment of 550.00 EUR
according to §4 has been paid. The agreement ends after twelve months
without further notice and cancellation.
§ 3 Fees
The dating service charges a fee of 850.00 EUR (incl. 19 % VAT) for its services.
An amount of 550.00 EUR (incl. 19% VAT) is due immediately, i.e. after conclusion
of the agreement (this amount already contains the preproduction costs of the
dating service of 250.00 EUR (incl. 19% VAT)). The remaining sum of 300.00
EUR (incl. 19% VAT). is due after the first personal contact between the customer
and a chosen lady has been established. This fee has to be paid only once during
the term of the agreement. Both parties agree that in case of a premature cancellation
of the dating service agreement the preproduction fee has still to be paid.
The remaining fee will be charged according to the pro-rata-temporis principle.
§ 4 Data protection
For the purpose of this agreement, and especially for the selection of suitable
partners, the dating service is authorised to electronically save the personal
data of the customer and to transfer them to possible partners in accordance
to this agreement. The customer data are not transferred to third parties nor
are they used for the mailing of undesired mailshot letters. Af-ter termination
of the dating service agreement the customer data will be deleted irrevocably.
§ 5 Confidentiality
The customer herewith guarantees the proposed partners and the dating service
to keep confi-dential all information which he receives under this agreement.
This especially applies to the partners which are mentioned to the customer
by the dating service. The customer is herewith explicitely informed about
the fact that he will be liable to recourse in case of a disregard of this
confidentiality. With his signature the customer agrees that he will call on
the services according §1 only to find a partner himself. Any use of the
offered services other than the before-mentioned is not allowed.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the agreement in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email)
within two weeks without giving reasons. The withdrawal period starts with
reception of this information at the earliest. To keep the term of withdrawal
it is sufficient to send the notice in time. The withdrawal notice should be

Consequences of a withdrawal:
In case of a withdrawal the services received by both parties have to be returned
together with the respective benefits (e.g. interests) where applicable.
Special remarks:
Your right of withdrawal expires early if your service partner has already
started with your explicit authorisation to provide services before the end
of the withdrawal period.
